gavelUser Agreement
1.1 By accessing or using the Web Harmonium platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Minor use requires explicit parental consent and supervision.
1.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their workshop seat.
music_noteIntellectual Property
The Sound Engine
2.1 All virtual instrument recordings, waveforms, and proprietary synthesis algorithms are the exclusive property of Web Harmonium. These are protected by international copyright and trade secret laws.
Artist Licenses
2.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sounds for commercial music production. However, redistributing the individual sample files or re-wrapping the instrument sounds into competing software is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Web Harmonium is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the digital atelier will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3.2 In no event shall Web Harmonium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the instrument engine.
3.3 Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
publicGoverning Law
4.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Harmonium is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
4.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the primary district of our operations.
4.3 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect to maintain the integrity of the agreement.
